Added future plans and document update rumor!

Various links and information on the new prerelease version of Managed DirectX.

• Chuck Walbourn replied to a newsgroup post stating that the RTM is planned for the April SDK, that the February SDKs are almost final versions, and that the Managed DirectX documentation will be getting a rewrite - also for April
• Tom has publicly (in beta newsgroup) stated that the February SDK will still be a beta for Managed DirectX for .Net 2.0
• Inside Managed DirectX for .Net 2.0. A comparison of the 1.1 and 2.0 versions of Managed DirectX. These articles are for the October release for now but they are still partly relevant
• Benjamin has some notes on converting an application to the managed beta
• Mykre has compiled a help file for the beta assembly. It's pretty bare but its all we have right now and its searchable which is useful. He also has a base application/template/starter kit.
• Chad had updated his UI sample to run on the December beta
